This is what George aspires to do with his Guerrilla Dinner Parties, to bring people together over food. The guerrilla part lies in the unexpectedness of the location, the ephemeral nature of the party, the "now you see it, now you don't" quality of the gathering, and asks us to celebrate and embrace that special moment before it's gone.
